I know I've been a bit of an absentee blogger these past few weeks - someday I hope to figure this time management thing out - until then, I will simply do my best. At least I succeeded in getting all my holiday baking done over the weekend, and thanks to the lovely Meg, a couple sets of outfit photos were taken on Saturday so I will actually have posts for the week without having to scramble.
As much as I adore Christmas, seeing family, baking, wrapping gifts; I am very much looking forward to the peacefulness that arrives when it's over, and I can sit in my pjs, watch Christmas movies, and eat all the cookies I made.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel! Time management for blogging is not my strong suit these days either. Hopefully we both get better at it next year! Either way, this coat you have on is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your leopard jacket, great look for the holidays!

For me, December 26th is the most depressing day of the year. Excepting today, I am taking the week off of work and the week off of blogging to soak it all in. But I am pretty stoked to relax--that is for sure. I love the stripes and leopard and that gorgeous tree in the background! Merry Christmas Lydia!
ReplyDeleteWhat a chic coat! The winter is so dreary and I'm also looking forward to longer days and more sunlight!

Love this look!
ReplyDeleteI love all the layers. Stripes, oxford, red, and leopard. Somethings are just meant to be. You would probably enjoy a southern winter. It's going to be 70 degrees tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThat tree! You could not have found a more perfect background for these shots. Honestly, I completely sympathise with the time management thing... when my life briefly slows done I find myself wondering if it's really that hard to keep up with everything, until the pace picks up again and I realise why I feel like I'm always scrambling. I think we're all in the same boat, at least, if that helps :) And as for your choice of footwear, while not exactly practical, I think these heels are the perfect colour for the holidays - and for matching with leopard print.

Well if you ever figure out the whole time management thing please pass along the secret! I really like how your red heels look here. I need to go dig out my red heels! They are such an elegant way of adding a bit of holiday glam to any look!
ReplyDeleteI love the fab red heels...sometimes you just have to take a break from the boots, I understand! I'm ready for some time to relax (and bake and then eat what I bake) too!
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit! I'm craving a leopard print coat. Your's looks fabulous!

I'm really struggling with time management lately too. I've had to rearrange things and set priorities and unfortunately the blog has taken a backseat to other things. But that's okay. Love the look here, and such pretty photos with the Christmas tree in the background!
ReplyDeleteYou look so cute! I love that coat!
