Holiday Card Exchange 2015

The holidays are full of traditions, that is part of what makes them special. Something predictable, something nostalgic. We all have our own, unique traditions. A few of mine are listening to the Charlie Brown Christmas album while decorating the tree, ordering a cheese pizza and watching Home Alone, and writing out Christmas cards.

I love cards, a trait I inherited from my Mother, and often I will find myself with more cards than I'd ever reasonably need, but that never stops me from buying more. I look forward to selecting my Christmas stamp design and getting a (literally) shiny new pen with which to write out my cards.

As I have done in years past, I would love to invite you all to exchange holiday cards with me! Just send an email to me at chiclyddie@gmail.com letting me know you'd like to participate and your mailing address. I'll send you back mine and that's it. I'm more than happy to mail internationally as well, so all are welcome to join.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are enjoying your Black Friday shopping!

  1. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I saw your instagram this morning with the apple piece, slippers and your laptop open, and I couldn't help but smile - it looked like such a perfect holiday Friday :) I always love the idea of your card exchange, but alas I am far too lazy for holiday cards, and always have been. Maybe one of these days I'll get organized... but I doubt it ;)

  5. Oh I love that this is open internationally! I really like sending and receiving Christmas cards too :) I'd love to do it but I think the deadline for sending Christmas mail overseas is fast approaching. I'll need to check that first!

  10. I love cards so much and my favorite thing to do is line up all the cards we get around the holidays on our mantle. Rifle and Co is one of my favorite brands!
