A quick flourish

As I mentioned before, this week I had to scramble to take my outfit photos, and I really didn't have time to think about accessories. So here is the bow scarf. I was thinking "Why doesn't anyone ever tie their scarf in a bow?" So I did. Now you should do it and then I can say that I've started a new trend of bow scarfs.

I'm disappointed that the pattern on these tights does not show up in the full shot, because they are really awesome. I guess when I wear them next I'll have the time to get the right light to capture them.

I'm happy to say that I'm finished dog sitting and am back home, and I'm exhausted. Those little dogs made me get up super early every day, even on the weekends they had me up by 7:30. That one reason why I love my dog - she loves to sleep in.

It's funny how once home, it always feels like you have been away for an eternity and barely a minute, simultaneously.
I'm also the type person who immediately unpacks upon the arrival home. I say hi to the dog and tell her how much I love her and missed her, and then get right to putting everything put away. The thought of a packed bag filled with dirty laundry bothers me immensely.

    I wish I had some of your unpacking motivation! I still have a half-filled suitcase sitting in my bedroom from my trip to Florida! (Don't worry, within the first two days I removed my dirty clothes bag and washed everything.)

    I've been meaning to send you an email - but thank you for the Christmas gift! I love the shirt and can't wait until I finally have a tree to decorate and use the ornament. And of course you outdid yourself with your wrapping. Jealous.

    I am the WORST at unpacking. It always takes me days, sometimes weeks, to dig through it and do the laundry. I envy your ability to not procrastinate in that unpacking arena!
    And, I very much like the scarf bow. It's super-sweet and girly and fun!
    I checked the label on my TJ Maxx sweater (the one I just posted) and it's Willi Smith... ever-present in a Target store near you!

    I'm definitely the same way about unpacking! I thought it was just me. Or just that I don't have room for a bag/suitcase to be lying around for too long...

    I've seriously never thought to tie a scarf into a bow. How cute! Beautiful tights too.

    Oh that's cool! I like the bow scarf a lot!! And yes, you will have to wear those tights again soon, I definitely want to see the pattern better. I went to Marshalls the other day to look for some cool tights... but all they had were some HUE two-packs that were missing half the pack and some sad looking sheer red Kate Spade's. Sigh. Guess I missed the after-holiday rush!
