I'm pretty certain that no matter what the year, every spring and summer, nautically inspired outfits will be trendy. You just can't take a misstep when it comes to deep navy, crisp white and yellow. Or red.
And if you are me, then with some turquoise thrown in for good measure.

Yay I'm glad there is someone else out there who likes turquoise as much as me. It might just be my favorite color. I always like how you wear it, especially with the yellow.
Thanks for thinking of me with the picnic basket! Hehe. I think I've gotten used to picnicking with an unsightly cooler. I suppose it IS more realistic... ;)

I think that necklace would be smashing layered with the fringey beaded necklace from AE that you wore earlier this week. (Now I sound like a stalker, remembering your jewelry.)
Ahh those sandals! I love Frye and that color definitely says it's time for spring! I just found my white corduroys last night, dare I go for a copycat look?

I love the striped top with the mustard yellow scarf. It's a fun yet somewhat neutral combination - not too over the top. Perfection.
