Shorts! I finally got around to ironing these adorable little things. Ironing is my downfall, I would have worn them weeks ago had they not been a crumpled mess. Full, almost skirt-like shorts are definitely my favorite kind, they help me not feel so insecure about my thunderous thighs and huge bum.
And what is this, a knotted shirt? I'm clearly addicted to the trend.

I hate to iron also! So many clothes don't get worn because of my non-ironing!

What a beautiful location, I love the print on your shorts. Very cute outfit!!
ReplyDeleteThe starfish cuff can be in every outfit it's so fabulous!! :)
I'm the worst about ironing, too. Generally I try to just buy clothes that don't ever have to be ironed, but sometimes I can't resist certain things that I know will get really wrinkly.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a beautiful location! Chloe seems to be enjoying it too, so hopefully you make it back more this summer :)
ReplyDeleteI really like those shorts! I have the same insecurities about shorts, and just avoid them all together. These look great, so I'm glad you found some shorts that you feel comfortable in.
Ooh, I love this! The shorts are so pretty and look great with the knotted top. And I've never seen a starfish cuff before...that is too cool!

That lily pond is gorgeous! And, trust me on this, when I think of you (and we've met in person) the last epithets that come to mind are huge bum and thunderous thighs - that's just crazy talk!

ReplyDeletethanks for posting this inspiring outfit. i bought a midi skirt on last saturdays flea market... but it wasn't a skirt but a skort. i think about shorten it. it must look like your flared short when it's done.
