I think I often go for the same color schemes on consecutive days. Like wearing black and white three days in a row. Sequentially this outfit came the day before the one I posted yesterday, and after
this one... I hate to go all out of order because I feel like there is a certain loss of authenticity when I don't blog what I was actually wearing today - but today was filled with darkness and rain, so what is a girl to do?
Trying out some different photo processing - yay or nay? {to compare}

This is a classy look and I just love the belt!!
ReplyDeleteBlack and white is always such a chic and classic combo - and that belt is an amazing piece! I really need to get better about downloaded my photos and posting them daily - I hit it 2 or so days out of the week but between my part-time job, auditing a class and teaching, and doing my own research on new projects and the dissertation I usually wind up having 4 or days a week where I'm working from 8 am to 11 pm and photo stuff just falls by the wayside. Hopefully things will stabilize next year after I graduate though!

I am so adoring that belt!
ReplyDeleteI like the photo editing, definitely more autumnal in tone than the goldeny editing you had for much of the summer. Both are pretty!
ReplyDeleteAnd, yup, I definitely get in color scheme ruts... I often do!
I'm the same... Whenever I get a color scheme that I like, I just keep on going. Then, I worry that it looks too monotonous on the blog. But I can't help it! black and white just look so good together!
ReplyDeleteLove the silver belt. I'm sooo into Celtic designs!

It looks sunsetty, a little vintage/sepia. Would also look awesome when the leaves turn and you get some nice orange and yellow. And that belt, for real. I have one with a knot detail like that, but the composition of yours way cooler.
ReplyDeleteOh, that knot belt! Love!
ReplyDeleteLove this look! I love me some color, but sometimes black and white just fits the bill- so chic!

ReplyDeleteI like the shirt with the texture and color of the skirt!! It's hard to explain what we chose to wear in our closets on certain days, just go with it :)
ReplyDeleteI say nay...
ReplyDeleteand i usually go weeks around the same items, that is until i wash them.
color schemes... not so.
Wow, that belt is really cool. I had a bracelet like that, but it was super cheap and broke before I could wear it...sigh.
ReplyDeleteLove this! I do exactly the same thing, wear similar shapes or colour all week!
ReplyDeleteFashion Dawgs
That belt is amazing. I didn't realize I wore series of colors until someone mentioned that I wore plum three days in a row, so I suppose I may have a problem with that also.
ReplyDeleteI like the photo finish it looks nice and almost has a vintage feel to it. I love this outfit and need your belt. I think that's my new obsession for Fall more cute accessories.
