I rust my case

Rust might be one of more underrated colors, but fall is prime rust wearing season, and I couldn't help myself when I spied this top the other week.

Even though black and orange might come off as a bit too "Halloween", rust can play nice with my black velvet blazer (yep, the velvet has come out), and leopard seems like an obvious choice to tie the two together.

See fall, this is me, trying. With velvet, scarfs, open toed suede shoes, and non-stop complaints about how cold I am.

    I never get good photos of my shoes, either. Rust is such a pretty color. I like it with the purple shoes a lot. It's also a color combination I never would have thought of.

    I am seriously loving the the combination of fall textures in this outfit! The rust, the leopard, the dark wash jeans, the velvet blazer (which just sky rocketed to the top of my wish list)and those fab deep purple heels... I pretty much think this embodies everything I love about fall.

    Leopard is always my go-to when I wear orange and black too. I wonder why that is. I don't know, but it looks awesome, so let's keep it up.

    I am doing okay with the fall thus far. Hardly any complaints about the cold, although that might change as I think it's supposed to snow later on in the week...
