My family does the big Italian Christmas Eve, and I like to glitz it up, so I got this slinky chevron sequined cocktail dress at TJ Maxx for $13.
I also got a new pair of dot tights and then immediately got a run in them. Which is what happened to the first two pairs of dot tights I bought on the first day I wore them, so clearly the universe does not want me to wear swiss dots on my legs.
It was great to see all of my family, and get stuffed on tons of wonderful food, and of course get presents! There were some great things under my tree this year!

Wow! Amazing dress for $13?! So festive and sexy! I LOVE your fur-kid!
ReplyDeleteI love this dress! The long chevrons are almost like stripes :) I have such a hard time with sheer tights, too. I always get a few pulls on the first wear, and by the second they're totally unwearable.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!

you look great in this glitzy dress. Your pup looks adorable wrapped in that bow.
ReplyDeleteNice pick for 13.00 bucks !
ReplyDeleteand my little Chloeee she could not be cuter.
I always get runs in my sheer tights almost instantly, but it's usually my own fault for wearing a bracelet or a necklace that somehow catches on them as I pull them on.
ReplyDeleteI just can't get over how many awesome things you find at TJ Maxx! That dress is gorgeous.
Positively dreamy photos, darling. Seriously. That one with the tree looks like a painting.
ReplyDeleteMy pair of dot tights did that too, first day. I've been wearing them for over a year though, runs be damned.
Work them new dot tights! My dot tights have been destroyed ahaha.. nothing a little christmas money can't fix! I adore that dress on you. It just hugs you in all the right places and is so holiday chic! Hope you had a good one, my dear! :D
ReplyDeleteThat dress is stunning on you!! I had good luck with my dotted tights until recently--I was greeted at the door by my overly eager dog, who ripped a hole in them. So much for luck.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress and the jewellery and your Christmas tree is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat dress girl! I have put a run in so many tights. I hate that. LOL I always make sure I have a spare. The clutch looks great. Glad you like it. Enjoy!
