I almost always wear it with black, grey or cream, though I think my favorite remix to date was when I paired it with mustard tights and an olive cardigan.
Next time, I must add some more color.

love this look! so pulled together and chic :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great dress! Sometimes with a great dress you don't need to add a whole bunch of extras. Although...red or purple would look great with this :)
ReplyDeleteI love the pattern on that dress. I think you could pair it with blue too!
ReplyDeleteI love grey shades for winter!

I like this version a lot, probably because that cardigan looks like it came out of my closet, haha. It does look good with grey.
ReplyDeleteHmm. What about your red tights?
Even when styled with no color, as you say, it is still a perfect outfit. I love how the gold details on your belt and purse bring out the gold in the dress. I will always love your booties, too. Things with buttons are so fun...
ReplyDeleteYou should try that dress with some purple tights because then I think you would look like a queen~ :D
I'm not sure what it is, but you look absolutely gorgeous in these photos. Don't get me wrong, you always look great, but these are just exceptionally well done. I love the dress and I notice a bit of sunshine. Maybe you are just extra happy due to the nice day? Whatever it is, style rut or not, I love this dress on you!
ReplyDeleteI can see why that dress is such a remix favorite - the pattern is great and you look amazing in it...I personally love it with the grey but I can't wait to see how you remix it with color.

This dress has such a great print! Yeah, I feel like I've been in a bit of a style rut too as far as wearing things the same/similar way, but I'm trying to kick it up by adding color or pairing two colors that I wouldn't normally wear together :)
ReplyDeletestar-crossed smile
Even though this dress would probably look fantastic with colors I absolutely love it with the blacks and grays. You look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLove your dress! <3

This dress is gorgeous, and I love the way the gray cardigan brings out all of the different colours in it. But I can see how it could be hard to style repeatedly, I always find myself getting stuck on new ways to style patterned things. But I'm sure you'll come up with something brilliant - for some reason I'm thinking fucshia? Not sure why...
ReplyDeleteYour bag is to die for, by the way. What an amazing thrift find!
xox,
Cee
This is so gorgeous! Even if you feel stuck in a rut, it WORKS so don't feel too bad. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe beauty of this printed dress is how well it pairs with so many colours. Love the bracelet
ReplyDeleteYou are right, this is one on my favorite pairings too.

I really like this outfit. I don't think you do need any color. There's a lot going on already with the neat pattern of the dress. Love the booties but I'm a big fan of Steve Madden.
ReplyDeleteThis look is so lady-like, you look gorgeous Lyddie I tell you, you look amazing in gray.
ReplyDeleteThe graphic print of your dress looks great with your gray accents!
