This winter I have taken far fewer photos than last winter. I was so good last year, I don't think I missed a single outfit, I was so determined and dedicated.
This winter... well I'm thinking I might start only doing four outfit posts a week.
And that chain bracelet is like wearing ice.
No wonder I caught a cold.

Thanks for making the effort in the cold!
ReplyDeleteI love the tan paired with black & your jewellery looks amazing with it xo
Oh I hear ya sister. I cannot WAIT to be sweating my ass off getting in photos. I do appreciate those you share, though, especially this one. I love the bracelet!
ReplyDeleteYou should just post whenever you feel like it, I feel like when I set myself a limit of posts it just stresses me out. But i love your posts, so as long as they come I'm happy. Hahaha :)
ReplyDeleteYou do a great job posting outfit photos. Whatever you do, you have to feel comfortable right?

Hope you feel better! I love that sweater!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you - outfit photos in freezing temps is the least fun thing to do. But I'm glad you braved the weather for us - love the ensemble!
ReplyDeletethis outfit is beautiful! it's been the exact opposite here this winter; it's been warm enough that most days i don't need a coat or a jacket, and can ride with a window down!
ReplyDeleteLydia, that's how I got sick too! Last week, spent too much time outdoors (in Toronto - in February!!) without a coat on to take the pics, and I've been sick ever since! And the thing is, I've continued to do it almost every day ever since. :S
ReplyDeleteWhatchoogonnado? You look cute!

It's not so much the cold as it is the wind sometimes! Honestly it can get quite brutal. Cold, windy... I don't blame you. I consider so many times not doing my weekly outfit post but then suck up and do it (thankfully haha).
ReplyDeleteOh well. You look radiant, at least. I love that necklace and your ice cold chunky chain bracelet. The camel against the black is so nice, too. Keep on braving the winter because it'll be a nice temperature again.. soon!
I hope you're not feeling too crappy...on the plus side, this is such a great outfit, I love the blazer.

What a great neutral outfit! I love the mix of camel and black.
ReplyDeleteyes taking winter outfit photos can't compare to spring/summer ones! Lovely outfit, very chic :)
ReplyDeleteI seriously dont know how you do it. Its so cold and finding the courage to brave the weather is a real feat. Props to you.
ReplyDeleteAt the beginning of winter I was definitely gung-ho about taking outfit photos most days, but now that it's been winter for so long, I'm sick of it! I just want to stay inside where it's warm, and drink tea and watch TV shows :)
ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic! I love the leopard sweater with that blazer...what a great combo!

Oh, hope your cold is all better now. Your leopard print shirt and blazer look very cool, er...hot!
ReplyDeleteYou look gorgeous in these shots. I love your simple camel blazer.
ReplyDeleteLove the posts but don't get sick on our accounts :)
Love the blazer with the leopard print top, gorgeous!

It's a sharp look and worth contending with over the cold. I thrifted a belt in a similar size link as your bracelet. I'm hoping it won't be cold.
ReplyDeleteI really like how you did leopard here. I think it is perfectly office appropriate and you look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteRooowwwrrrr...leopard always adds a little "something" ;) xo, tasha
ReplyDeleteLove the black & brown color palette here, and that chain bracelet is SO cute. I almost bought something similar today. You're making me regret that I didn't!

That's exactly why I do one a week. Four would be a stretch for me. Do you have someone take your pictures, or use a tripod? Using a tripod is another issue for me in the cold. It's not like you can just snap the photo and be done with it. All in all, you look great, I love your hair like that.
ReplyDeleteLove that CK sweater, and that bracelet is FIERCE!!!
ReplyDeleteKatie- Hems For Her
Well, I hope you're feeling better! I've done fewer outfit photos this year too, but I can't blame the weather--it's been really mild here this year! I love the small pops of color with this pretty, neutral look!
ReplyDeleteI wasn't following you yet last winter but if you took more pictures than this winter you must have had a lot! I applaud you because you've done far better than me. I am a wimp when it comes to cold weather, hence my lack of blog post and outfit pictures. Hope you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteOh noooo! Hope you're feeling better soon. I really like this outfit. A lot. The camel blazer and the leopard just look really good together, and it's grounded with black (which, of course, is a particular favorite of mine).
ReplyDeleteLOVE this outfit. and good for you with the dedication to outside pics. i only do it on the "warmest" days in philly. i need to grow some balls :)
ReplyDeleteLove that leopard sweater! Always do what you can.

I dont know how you do it.
ReplyDeleteReally.
In 5 days in NY i took 2 AWFUL outfit posts. It was COLD COLD
and i could not wait to get back to the heat and sun I complaint so much about.
