Because first of all, I actually remembered to go and vote (which I never do) and secondly I really love hats, especially summer hats, and third I bought a new hat over the weekend, so I could have shown it off.
But instead, I'm color blocking.
Could I have also worn at hat? Sure. But I didn't think about that until just now.

I was hoping for hats this time too (I actually voted for it!), but also didn't think to just include a hat in my outfit, haha :) I love this color blocking pairing though - coral, yellow, and aqua are definitely 3 of my favorite colors, and they look so amazing together in one outfit!
ReplyDeleteI feel like adding a hat would have made it too busy (but I'm more of a fashion minimalist) - and the coloring blocking is so pretty and vibrant all on its own.

Your thought process in this post made me smile, because I would have gone through the exact same disappointment, taken photos... And then realised I could have added a hat. Fashion girl problems :) You always do a truly beautiful job of mixing colours, though. I love the pop of bright blue on your nails mixed with the three softer shades.
