Mystic

Over the weekend I went to Mystic, CT where there are some touristy things like an Aquarium, a Seaport, a Village, and then the town itself which is on the water and quite pretty - but there is no parking whatsoever... so we didn't stay too long for fear of being ticketed or towed.

    A touristy type town with no parking? Sounds like a good way for them to make money. I'm liking those instagram pictures--the boat thingies and that awesome woven rug are too cool! I just love rustic-looking items like that. :D

    You always look so goood in mint! Your bracelets and watch are so very pretty together, eep!

    Also, I'm pretty sure nothing is better than Italian. It's gotta be all that awesome chEESE

    I'm still kicking myself that I didn't buy those shorts. They had a pair on the clearance rack in my size and I didn't buy them. I have a dress from there in that print and figured I didn't need the shorts too.

    I love this casual look, perfect for a weekend stroll, especially with the heat, about your question I haven't had any problems with the colors fading, I usually use a gentle soap to wash clothes I dye, I also wash them using the gentle cycle and air dry them, so far I haven't had any problems with the color fading. =)

    Love the shorts with the loose top,the white bag adds a nice touch to this summer chic outfit :)

    I was up in Rhode island this past week and I think we passed thru Mystic on the way back, there were so many gorgeous and quaint little towns in CT but we couldn't stop because we had the same issues with figuring out what was a legitimate parking spot. Glad to see you were able to stop and take some gorgeous pics !

    Ugh, parking is always such an issue, isn't it? That's one good thing about not having a car in New York-- you don't have to worry about putting it somewhere. I'm so jealous of this white shirt! I think it's the most perfect summer white blouse I've ever seen :)
