Poppy

So, a few months ago I noticed this sign popped up along the road that heads over a bridge.
It says: Branford River Gateway Scenic Overlook and Recreation Area.

This is a little grassy area with a bench, a mini pier (and I mean mini. It's like 10 feet long) and enough parking for maybe six cars. 

I find that sign to be hilarious.

    nice color combo. i normally avoid pairing red & green b/c it reminds me of xmas but the yellow shoes keep this outfit from looking like the holidays. oh, and i love the addition of the hat. really finishes off the look.

    What a cute little hideaway! Was it crowded? I would wonder if people who know about the spot cram as many people as possible in their cars to be lucky enough to grab one of the six parking spots.

    Even though the actual place is not as what it seemed on the sign, it definitely worked as a backdrop for your outfit posts. What a pretty place (but tiny?). I love the red dress paired with the button down shirt and hat!!
