But it's September now, and the day light hours are becoming noticeably shorter at a rapid pace; before you know it, I'll be driving home from work in the dark.
In preparation for this, I decided to challenge myself to take my photos in 15 minutes or less. I literally set a timer on my iPhone and forced myself to stop immediately when it went off.
The results: three good photos that all sort of look the same, and one sort of decent full shot.
At least I still have a couple more weeks to enjoy my leisurely photo sessions and get reacquainted with my speed tactics.

I think these came out beautifully - I would never have guessed they were rushed. It might be because that dress is so amazing on you that nothing else can get my attention.

Loving your dress and ring. You would never be able to tell your photos were rushed. You always look great!
ReplyDeleteAll you need a couple of good shots - so well done. And I love that dress!!
ReplyDelete~Natasha Fatah~
meow wow!
ReplyDeleteYour shots are gorge - it kind of annoys me when someone decides to pretty much post every single photo they've ever taken of their outfit (but then again when someone posts like one pic, I'm here whining "but I wanted to see those shoes closer up" so I may be a hypocrite, haha).
ReplyDeleteNot looking forward to the shorter days - always a struggle to find light for photos!
Leopard dress is remarkable ;) I like it very much!

That print is great on you! Oh and I haven't taken photos before but how long does it usually take? I hope it would be less than 15 minutes for me!

ReplyDeleteMission accomplished! Great photos-you'd never know it was a challenge for you! I loooove this leopard dress on you!
ReplyDeleteOh no, don't talk about short days! I think you got a great bunch of photos--it's definitely hard to take a bunch of pictures in a short amount of time (only 15 minutes, seriously?! damn girl, props) and make sure the light is right, everything is in focus and color, etc... but hey, you did great. GOLD STAR FOR YOU. :D
ReplyDeleteYou always look so fabulous in leopard, and I love all the catty elements of this outfit (ah ha ha pun).
welcome to my world. Kevin's attention span is maxed out at 15 minutes so my photo shoots have to be done before then or he melts.
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous of your dress. I saw it at my local TJ Maxx, but they didn't have it in my size. You look wonderful.
ReplyDeleteAnd the timer idea is very smart!

I'm dreading winter when the only time to take pictures is the weekend. At least it makes me pre-plan some outfits!
