Unofficial end of summer

I still feel like summer barely even had a chance to begin, and yet here we are celebrating the end of it.

My only hope is that the warm weather lasts as long as possible, and that the winter flies by because there are too many pleasant distractions to be depressed by sunsets at 4:30 pm and mountains of snow.

To those who celebrate, happy Labor Day.
Only 266 days until Memorial Day.

    I'm always sad to see summer go but I am looking forward to Fall this year. I only wish the seasons would go Summer, Fall, Spring, and repeat. I can do with out the winter, bleh!

    Today we were having a bbq to close down my aunts pool - nobody went in the water because it was too chilly... so yes, i'd say fall is here.
