I'm not quite sure where January went, but it certainly flew by. I know I totally botched the no shopping rule for January, and It was mostly JCPenney's fault, with the leopard coat and neon jacket; I couldn't even resist these furry mittens! At least they were only three dollars.
But I am willing to forgive it all and start February fresh.

I ADORE that hat! It's soooo cute Lyddie!!
ReplyDeleteAlso, you seriously would think that for the amount of money they are paid for the tv show they could manage to get their lives together!
Oooh those mittens look so soft!! And yea, I'm going to try not to shop in February or March...maybe even April. But I almost have enough credit card points for a marshalls gift card ;)

Haha, it's okay, Lyddie! We all have times when we buy a little more than we should. Sometimes you will have months when you find nothing, and sometimes you will just have to buy everything. It all evens out in the end. Somehow, I haven't purchased anything for over a month... I blame it on my busy college schedule (and that purchase of my 100$ velvet dress has set me back a bit lol lol).
ReplyDeleteBut hey, you're precious. I love the red and leopard together. Those mittens look so warm and cute!
so pretty, love it :)
ReplyDeletedamn you jcpenneyyyyyy!! hehe but seriously - who would pass up some cute furry leopard mittens for less than five bucks?! can't wait to see the neon jacket in the blog
ReplyDeleteYou look so chic and va-va-voom! Way to spice up winter with red and leopard!

Oh all these winter sales are making my no shopping fingers itch! I saw a similar leopard coat for $36 on the Asos website. I almost caved. Almost. I love your mittens! And the red and leopard combo is often a win in my book! You look lovely! Enjoy your weekend Lydia!
ReplyDeleteYou look so stinkin' adorable! LOVE that hat and those mittens!

*LOVE* this hat! So want one!
ReplyDeleteYour mittens are so adorable. But I am a little obsessed with anything leopard print. I went to JCPenney right before Christmas for the first time in a long time and founds great deals on several adorable sweaters.

ReplyDeleteWell, Lyddie....first, I have to tell you I love this outfit. And you had to get those adorable ( and I bet warm) mittens.
ReplyDeleteI completely screwed up my shopping ban for January too. I'm not happy about it. It seems to be an ongoing battle. I too am starting over this month and I need to really give it my best shot. It's just not easy. Well...we just love pretty things!

Adorable! I actually don't own anything that has animal prints on it I should really reconsider and add a few prints to my collection but those gloves definitely look warm considering how cold it has been around here...

Ah dude, those gloves looks warm, super soft and totally worth three dollars! (Actually a pretty decent price for gloves and gloves are sort of essential....) I really like the colors and the overall look of the outfit, that red coat is so sharp, it looks like it was tailored for me and fits you to a tee. (So pretty with the leopard hat as well.)
ReplyDeleteThis might be my favourite outfit of yours... ever! The leopard hat and mittens paired with a red coat, and brown accessories could not be a more perfect combination - you look gorgeous :) I love your curls, too!
ReplyDeletexox,

This coat! Ugh.
ReplyDeleteYeah that no shopping in January thing didn't happen for me either. At least I did manage the no shopping for fashion week thing.
I just dug my red coat out of the closet. If I can dig up some leopard I'm going to do an inspired-by-Lydia thing.
JCP is seriously the best. I can't believe how affordable they are. Red is such a great color on you.
