I know we all have our small obsessions, that one thing we keep buying, over and over again, despite logic and lack of closet space. For me its striped things, and leopard things, and also jewelry and sunglasses. And handbags. I'll stop at that, though I think we all know the list continues.
What is your "one" obsession?

We all know my obsession....blazers! :p
ReplyDeleteStripes really suit you so I think its okay that you have lots
And yes, it is a wishbone, hehe :)

For me, it's definitely shoes and scarves. I justify my shoe obsession by the fact that they're necessary (feet need protection), and I justify my scarf obsession with the fact that Chicago weather is crazy, therefore you never know when you'll need a scarf!
ReplyDeleteLove the stripe dress. I've been on the hunt for one. You look Fab!

That's such a cute dress - I really love the fit! I've never been able to find a striped dress that fits me quite right. I think my two major obsessions are leopard and studs.

I have literally the same weaknesses as you! Stripes, leopard, shoes, jewelry, handbags & polka dots!!! I would've totally bought this! lol

Another beautiful look Lydia. I think you are definitely in my top three inspirational bloggers ever. I have a soft spot for stripes too. In fact, I'm gearing up for my floral week next week only to realize . . . I don't have as many floral patterned things as I thought! And I have a hundred handbags (exaggeration) and usually use about three of them. They may need a new home . . .
ReplyDeleteThe cut on this dress is SO fabulous on you! And, I'm right in there with you...I don't think I have a 1 thing. Haha. It's any and all things fashion that I just have fun collecting. Guilty pleasure(s). :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings!

ReplyDeleteThis is a great dress and like the scarf paired with it.
I go through phases of obsessions. For a while it will be earrings and then shoes, etc, etc. I like that sweater with that dress.
ReplyDeleteEverything about this is so gorgeous and pretty! I absolutely LOVE your striped dress, yellow cardigan and scarf!
ReplyDeleteThis dress is sooooo pretty and reminds me much of that Madewell dress :) Only this one is about 10x more affordable, haha. Love how you styled it with yellow. i'm having a serious yellow fever ;-) x

That dress is so cute! I'd have a lot of those in my closet too :) You look all ready for spring with the yellow sweater.
ReplyDeleteBlack anything. It's not really an obsession but more like a bad habit. Someone please help me get out of this style rut!
ReplyDeleteSO pretty! Really love this look on you!
ReplyDeleteI really like this striped dress--the fit is perfect for your body type :).
ReplyDeleteAgain, another very cute outfit! And I love the daffodils and the sweater. I love stripes too, but I can not seem to leave anything polka dot in the store. {Sigh} Maybe be need a stripes/polka dot support group.

I really like simple, classic prints leopard, stripes, gingham... but polka dots are my fave. Loving your yellow cardi:)

I don't have a single striped dress for some reason so you can feel free to pass one on! Haha I'd say my thing is patterned silk tunic dresses. Or ballet flats with bows :)
ReplyDeleteThat dress is gorgeous you look amazing love the spring colors!

my guilty pleasure is leopard, I can't stop buying leopard things and wearing them together, that and black and white stripes, and polka dots... and... well crap I too gravitate toward a whole heck of a lot of prints. that dress is perfection, it looks infinitely stylable! it's nice to meet you, I'm a new follower!
ReplyDeleteofmiceandminutiae.blogspot.com
I really love the yellow cardigan with the dress, such a nice colour. I think I always buy leather jackets most, or black denim ... entirely obsessed! :)
ReplyDeleteI also have a thing for stripes - it's not as acute as it once was, but I still have a hard time resisting pretty striped things. I already have one striped dress on my wishlist for summer and seeing you in this lovely one - which is different from the one I'm already planning to buy, honest - makes me want it, too! Although when it comes to buying obsessions, my biggest problem is with sweaters. Particularly black sweaters. It makes no different how many I have, I can always convince myself that I need more!
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee
That dress is crazy flattering on you! It's not a surprise you had to take it home. Heck, now I want to go look for it too!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I have a hard time resisting a pretty dress. (But it seems that I've also been buying a lot of shorts lately.)
So super cute!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the yellow cardigan with the dress...it gives the whole look a warm feeling. Lovely look dear!

YES! Neon yellow, my new obsession. I love that clutch and the cardigan is perfect with that striped dress.
ReplyDeleteStripes are lovely, and they're lovely on you, so of course you have to have tons of them in your wardrobe! Plus, they can be nautical. ;)
ReplyDeleteThis dress is just too pretty. It may just be the perfect stripe width. I love it with your bright yellow cardigan and bag.
Hmmm... I'd say I tend to lust after skater style dresses. Or polka dots. You can never have too many polka dots.
I love the dress! I t has a great shape to it and it look perfect with that bright yellow.
ReplyDeleteI just talked myself out of buying a striped dress I didn't need yesterday. I'm kind of obsessed with stripes, too :)
