April showers

It rained all day on my birthday, as it so often tends to do. While April does have a few nice days, it is renowned for it's rainy ones, and this was definitely the wettest.

Not that I let that stand in the way of my plans, or my outfit - needless to say this new maxi took a bit of a beating - and I did everything I said I would and enjoyed my day.

Thank you all so much for your well wishes - I am truly hoping this is the start of a fabulous new year!

    OOoh Lyddie, I love that maxi skirt! Forever 21? What a nice find. I just love the color. I think you always look so lovely in shades of lavender, red, and pink.

    And rain--auuugh! I hope there were some instances where it wasn't pouring and that you still got to enjoy your birthday. :)
