Repeating patterns

I've accumulated so many pairs of shorts now that this chevron pair has gotten a little neglected. For their first appearance this summer, I borrowed some elements from how I styled them last summer.

Considering how obsessed I've been with wearing blue and white lately, I'm surprised at myself for giving them so little attention. Hopefully I get a few more wears in this year... but there just never seem to be enough summer weekends, you know?

    Amen!!! Never enough summer weekends! I love the blue, white and yellow today! I also love re-earthing a piece that I love, but somehow haven't worn in a while.

    It's a toss up between these and the scalloped ones-- I can't decide which are my favorite.

    I could totally wear shorts to work, but for some reason it really bothers me to wear shorts in the city. Of course, I don't have any with good patterns either.
