A message to all whom are anxious for fall

Don't rush fall. It will be here soon enough. Remember, it's summer right now. Beautiful, glorious summer. Walks in the evening. Ice cream every night. Beach days. Sundresses. Brunch al fresco.

Do you really want to trade it all away so quickly?

Autumn is a brief prelude to what will be a long, annoying, cold winter. In fact, there are rarely any good fall days at all. Either it's hot enough to feel like summer, it's cold enough to feel like winter, or its raining.

I understand why you want fall. You want those crisp days where it's cold enough to layer a shirt, a sweater and a blazer, but still warm enough to not have tights on. You dream of looking like you walked out of a J.Crew catalog, and you believe it needs to be fall in order to achieve this.

But it's just a dream.

Please, try and enjoy the rest of the summer. We've only got three more weeks.
