This semi-metallic zebra print scarf from Fraas plays well with my neutral pallet while still livening things up a bit, and of course, keeps me warm!
The fleece dress I simply had to have finally arrived, and while it's very fleecy and cozy on the inside, it does have a completely unnecessary exposed zipper in the back, which is not covered on the inside, so it's cold on your skin - a definite drawback to what is otherwise a comfortable dress.

It's definitely a bummer when one little aspect of a piece of clothing is a little off. The dress still looks gorgeous on you though!

I need to do a monochromatic look. I am loving the grays in this Lydia!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving everything about this outfit, even down to the nail color and that ring ;)

oh my fave ring makes an appearance! i love that dress..
ReplyDeleteOoh love this! That sweater looks so comfy! Stupid zipper though, I hate that! Looks like we're both into monochromatic lately...I'm in all black/gray again today except tights and shoes (and my purse, but no one sees that unless I'm walking)
ReplyDeleteLove the look. I have a similar dress and planned to wear mine with a black turtleneck underneath since it's cold out and I'm shopping my closet!
ReplyDeleteI'm on the hunt for similar black booties those look very comfy.
The zebra print is so cute! A fleece dress sounds very cozy!

That's too bad about the zipper because the dress is really cute and sounds very comfy and cozy. And this whole outfit is pretty great - you look very edgy/cool.

Grey is a tough color to style for many of us and you make it look rich. Thanks. Let me the first to wish you the Happiest of Holidays!
ReplyDeleteLOVE LOVE that dress! There is one like it on Madewell but a bit too pricy for my budget :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a great look perfect for autumn

Such a great outfit for these colder days. I adore the dress and leather jacket over it. Also, the printed scarf looks nice.

I think this may be the least colour I've ever seen in one of your outfits - and I have to admit that, surprise surprise, I'm a fan :) Cold weather is a great excuse to start getting some use out your neutral pieces... and to prove that just because you aren't wearing colour doesn't mean your outfit has to be boring, which is pretty obvious with this look. Shame about the exposed zipper, though; poor craftsmanship like that is one of my pet peeves, especially in clothes!

Gorgeous Lyddiegal - I am still wilding attracted to black, white and grey!
ReplyDeleteI was looking at a dress in this cut yesterday and just couldn't quite decide if it was too young for an almost 50 year old? What do you think?
Your scarf is awesome, love the zebra print!
ReplyDeleteThis dress is so cute! Love how you paired it with that scarf!
ReplyDeleteI like! Everything. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this dress on you. It looks way better than on the model. Great look!

I adore the way you styled this dress
ReplyDeleteA fleece dress...can't imagine much that would be more comfy

Lyddie, it i an adorable dress. I often slip into the monochrome palette too when the weather is colder. I think you have really given it some texture and life using great accessories.
ReplyDeleteIts too bad the zipper takes away from the comfort!
That dress looks so pretty on you!

Such a pretty look!
ReplyDeleteI love how this dress looks on you! The length is so much better on you than me. I kind of feel like it's a little short on me. And I like how the exposed zipper looks! But I guess it's been warm here and I didn't think about how the zipper would feel really cold in cooler weather! Anyway, you look super cute!

I actually saw this dress on a mannequin... and you wearing it only confirms that it looks really, really good. If it were only on sale--- sigh.
ReplyDeleteI love this dress on you and I'm incredibly bummed to see that the size small is sold out. I'll have to make a trip to the store.
ReplyDeleteI really like this outfit and this dress is perfection.
