Thankfully with a little layering, and a little help from some favorite old accessories, as well as a new one - a little knot ring from Emitations - I can turn 'relaxed' into 'polished' and actually venture out of the house to enjoy some after Christmas sales.

I'm all about looks like this too, I love this sweater!
ReplyDeleteI've been super casual this entire week! Love that scarf. Hope you had a great Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThat ring is so cute. This is a great "lazy" outfit. It's what I wear on my regular days :p

The line between lazy and relaxed is a very fine one... personally, I think casual styles are highly underrated. {And honestly, I have spent a fair number of days this holiday season in my pajamas.} From where I sit, a beautifully put together casual look like this one - I mean seriously, the details, from the subtle contrast between your red coat, bag and gloves to your gold jewelry - is just as a fabulous, if not better, than a dressier look. After all, it's easy to look put together when you put on a dress ;)

ReplyDeleteIt's not much better over here, I have been wearing pajamas's non-stop since Christmas eve. Being in college and prepping for finals makes you a lazy dresser ;)

This is pretty much the exact outfit I've been wearing the past week! A sweater over a button down shirt, jeans and a fur scarf... (and the tan Coach bag instead of red :-) ) Love it!
