The other two items I bought totaled less than $5 together, one is a plaid dress that needs some alterations - hopefully you will see it soon!

Merry belated Christmas !
ReplyDeleteLoving your new jacket - very festive.
Ooh! I love it! Definitely perfect for Christmas Eve, and I can see it getting a lot of wear :)

The sparkle sure is fun, definitely great for the holidays :)
ReplyDeleteAgreed!!!! I love when I find pieces like that in the thrift store. I got a leather mini and it was marked at $25, I think, and it took me some convincing, but with the real leather, Wilson Leather tag and studding, I couldn't resist. And this jacket is so festive too! Hope you had a great Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThe sequin blazer is so perfect for the holidays! I think it was a great deal for $35!

Such a festive jacket! Sometimes you have to splurge a little...even at a thrift store! ;)

What a beautiful jacket! Not an everyday piece, to be sure, but that beading...! I think thrift store pricing is relative - what me rationalise this purchase beyond reason ;) A large majority of my thrift store purchases are things I simply couldn't get anywhere else for a similar price, even if their price still seems high - a Chanel dress for $300? Yep, that's a lot in a thrift store but considering the retail price of around $3000, it seemed like a great deal to me. And really, anything that has had as much work go into it as this jacket with all of its delicate detail is a steal at $35! What an amazing find. I hope you had the most wonderful Christmas.
