Adore Me Review and Giveaway!

I'm one of those women who has never owned a matching bra and panty set. Being a size that is less common, I rarely find the 'cute' bras, and had long since given up on having anything outside the parameters of 'functional'.

When Adore Me, a NYC based lingerie company, contacted me about doing a review of one of their lingerie sets, I was really pleased and excited to see that they offered band sizing as small as 30 and cup sizing up to the letter I - all in matching sets.

The bra I chose is the Quintessa, a vintage inspired balconette, with subtle polka dots and pretty white lace. I'm really fond of this style because it provides lift and separation and I had no problem with the cups being too small (as I frequently do). I would say that I found the band to be a little tight; typically when I buy a bra I have to clasp it in the smallest hooks, but with Quintessa I needed the largest.

Overall, I am pleased with the fit and the quality, and certainly the price - $60 for the set, with free shipping and exchanges, so you don't have to stress about wasting money on a bra that doesn't fit right.

Adore Me also offers discounted pricing if you sign up for their VIP program, which provides you with a personal showroom each month and you can either choose to purchase a set for $40, or skip the month to avoid having your credit card charged.

    First I adore these photos. They are STUNNING! I've never had to photograph a bra but I imagine it would be hard. Second, a matching bra and undie set makes me feel like a million bucks but I don't have a ton!

    Also: having worked in the bra industry before, you should always buy bras that have a band that's a little tight on the loosest hook set. That's where all the support comes from and then as they stretch out you will get more use out of it as you can tighten it. Just a friendly tip! :)

    It's so perdy! Only recently did I start buying matching sets, I have 2 that I bought from The Outnet. Elle McPhearson (sp) and Stella McCartney. Would love to try one of these too.
    I always thought that you were supposed to use the first clasp first and then as the bra stretches out you move to the inner ones, that way it lasts longer.
