Oddly enough, I think white has become my favorite color, and regardless of season, I want to wear it all the time. We all need a little bright spot to get through this cold, dark winter. Mine just happens to be white sweaters.

Your brother should consider it a gift that he has the most chic sister around. I suppose that doesn't really count in a guys book though.
ReplyDeleteI think the white top looks perfect with this skirt - definitely a better choice than black (and I can't believe I just said that about my beloved black!).

The white top really brightens up the whole look! Happy birthday to your brother :)

Love the skirt and I think the white brings out the brocade design and makes it stand apart even more! You're so brave to take these pictures with no coat on! Looks freezing outside!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty ! I am all for white and overall that spectacular brocade skirt.
ReplyDeleteYou look Great here and that top works so well with your skirt.
ReplyDeleteWhite was a really clean choice. I love it with this skirt! I like white all year and if I wasn't such a total klutz, I would probably wear it more.

Yayy, such a fun birthday look! Sadly that would be out of place for any of our birthday gatherings, everyone is very casual in my family, ha ha.

This look is absolutely stunning. I love white, especially in winter - it's just so striking, particular against a white background and particularly if you have dark hair. I admit that I struggle to wear it, though; I have a terrible tendency to spill wine, ketchup, pasta sauce, chocolate, etc., etc. So I'm glad I can live vicariously through people like you who can both dress up and be taken out ;)

Love that you paired that skirt with a lighter sweater. I tend to dress dark in the winter so I probably would have just stuck with the black and not even thought to pair it with that sweater! Also, your nails are fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI love this look, gorgeous skirt! So lady like and chic.
ReplyDeleteLove that skirt!! And I like that you paired it with the white sweater. You look gorgeous!
