It looks really cute with the pearls however, and the strands will most certainly lend themselves to more statement necklace layering in the future.

So cute and preppy! Love the idea of layering the bubble necklace with pearls, it totally revamps the look! I never actually got around to buy a bubble necklace although I did want one, I found them a bit too late. But love the idea of layering any statement necklace!

This turned out great! I love my bubble necklaces and adding pearls is a perfect way to make them feel new again. Very nice outfit!
ReplyDeleteI love the look of layered necklaces - when it comes to jewelry, I always think more is more, no matter how simple the rest of my aesthetic may be. More jewels always work, as you're proving beautifully here. And I love the parallel that runs between your layered necklaces and layered tops. I'm sure the decision was mainly a practical one but it also looks so well-put-together, especially with the prefectly planned colour palette of black, white and navy. I think I'm starting to gush... Suffice it to say I love this look :)

Love how this turned out - and i have to say that i too go on board the bubble necklace trend a bit late and have only worn it a few times. But, you know I usually wear mine way lower, so looking at it now a little closer to the neckline makes me want to try it out again.
ReplyDeleteNot long ago, my wife acquired some other bag, and began carrying it to and from work or shopping trips, different parts of the hardware began falling off. I would get this one for her.
