Leopard and Tweed

Sometimes I'll jot down little notes in my phone about pieces I'd like to pair together, or whole outfits I want to try. Then after I've spent an hour looking at Pinterest, and feel like all the good outfits involve pieces I don't have in my closet, I can check my little notes and see something brilliant like "tweed dress with leopard coat" and magically have an outfit in minutes.

P.S. That brat Phil predicted six more weeks of winter yesterday, again. Can't we ever have an early spring?

    I have outfit posts in my phone and on paper. I have been having a block lately with outfit inspiration. I think it is that I am done with winter items.

    We're both wearing out leopard coats in our posts today! Great minds :) It's funny, too, because our process for putting together outfits sounds surprisingly similar. I keep a running list of outfits I've worn and should photograph... but I also do a daily browse through pinterest that invariably results in my wishing for a whole new wardrobe because I don't have anything I need to recreate those inspiring looks. If it weren't for the outfit list, I honestly don't know how I'd manage.

    haha, that's a really good idea--I usually make mental notes when trying things on in stores of what will go with it, but then I forget when I'm actually going to wear said item. Gotta commit those to paper like you do!

    I luuuuh the tweed and leopard together. And those heels are forever going to be my favorite's of yours--I love the shape!
