Another spring staple is the bright blazer, this one from Sammydress is super inexpensive at a mere $13. While the blazer is lined, I must say the price does merit the construction. However if a bold blazer is a trend you'd like to test run before committing to something more expensive, this might be a good option.
I'm pleased to be putting these turquoise pumps back in rotation as well. They've spent quite sometime collecting dust in my closet due to a fit issue, but a $3 set of heel cushions from Payless has solved that. Hopefully you will be seeing a lot more of them now!

Your blazer looks fabulous with the navy top! And I like trying out trends more inexpensively. I tend to spend more money on classic pieces so $13 is a great deal!
ReplyDeleteNiiiice necklace! I love your little golden rings! =)

I love white jeans. I just pulled mine out this weekend so I can take on my trip to LA this week. Love the look.
ReplyDeleteI've wanted white jeans for ages and I just bought a pair this weekend too! Love the way you've paired yours with that turquoise blazer.
ReplyDeleteThat is quite reasonable for a colorful blazer! I have a bunch but there are a few I would like to add to the mix. I love this one and how it goes perfectly with your pretty pumps!

ReplyDeleteLydia, I love this outfit! You just gave me an idea to pair turquoise and navy together. It looks SO GOOD. I have white trouser pants, but I need a good white jean. Awesome!

I would count turquoise among my favorite colors but oddly I do not have anything that color in my closet. Maybe that will change this spring. I love your heels.

When I finally took the plunge on white jeans, I couldn't believe I'd waited so long. They're so versatile. Glad I'm not the only one :) I've never paired mine with turquoise and navy but I am loving the result in this look. Plus, I pretty much anything you pair with your spade ring and House of Harlow necklace - two pieces of your wardrobe I am most definitely covetting!

Love the white jeans with the bright blazer! I need to add a bright blazer to my wardrobe. I usually go for neutral colors but I like the pop of color against the white!

I totally need a pair of white jeans and that blazer is stunning, sweetie. Kisses
ReplyDeleteI love the color and the construction looks good in the photos (even if there are some imperfections) -- I think you're right about the advisability of testing things out at a lower price point!

I don't own yet any pair of white jeans yet they're on my wish list. Blue in any shade is my favorite color and for Spring/Summer turquoise is one of the most beautiful color.

Glad to hear you got a successful blazer from there! That is a great way to try out trends, especially for so cheap. And that color really is fun. :)
ReplyDeleteTurquoise is such a great color on you and this was the perfect way to test run such a bold blazer. I'd say it's worth looking into a pricier version. :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, love the blazer with the shoes! Such a nice fresh look for spring!
ReplyDeleteThis combination of navy, white and turquoise is so fresh and chic! It reminds me of the ocean. :)

ReplyDeleteI am currently checking out Sammydress' website. Please tell me how do their sizes run? What size is your blazer and where does it ship from? Let me know please. Thanks so much, Ada. =)
