Summer favorite

I've had this little floral dress for four years and I have yet to tire of it. Every summer it comes out, looking as cute and fresh as ever. I've layered it a million ways, but it is a very rare occasion that I wear it with nothing else at all.

    Isn't it funny, about layering? I don't know how much I layered, before I started my blog, but since I've had it I find that I tend to wear things in the most complex ways first, rather than simply putting them on and heading out. I must not be the only one! This dress is such a lovely piece, it can definitely hold its own with nothing else on top. I love the front zip - such an unusual and striking detail.

    Oh, how I remember and love this dress! It never gets old and every time I see it, I wonder why I didn't get it so I could steal all your outfits.

    Also, your hair looks absolutely silky and wonderful in that last photo. Not that it ever doesn't, but I don't see it from the back that often. So lovely, Lydia!

    I have always liked this dress.
