Casual dresscode

Every time I manage to get outfit photos taken after work these days I feel like I deserve some kind of award. A few quick snaps before I go running back to the car, but a huge success in my eyes.

This is a pretty typical work outfit; jeans, boots, button-down. Usually topped off with a sweater, but on this day I was in the mood for a blazer. I've been trying to think of ways I haven't yet styled this plaid blazer, and double denim was one of them. I think I'd like to pair it with an LBD next.

    I so envy the fact that you can wear jeans to work everyday. I doubt I would if I had the option, but I'd like to have the option to sport double denim on a Tuesday if that was what my heart desired. Although I'm still not sure I could manage to do outfit photos on a work day, and I won't lie, I sort of think you do deserve an award for getting these done, because after a long day at the office, the absolute last thing I want to do is smile for the camera!

    I hear ya! This time of year, the light is so fleeting. Not to mention a bit harsh in my opinion, so a few good shots are like a miracle for me too! Love your blazer. Plaid looks so regal!
