The excitement

As far as I'm concerned, there is no better time, then a time when I can wear the first little white dress of the season. Mixing one up with a black leather jacket has been on my 'to-wear' list for a long time, and to really de-emphasise the girlyness of a white dress I threw on the studded pumps and studded bag.

Although, if we are being honest, a tiny bag more for looks than function and a pointy toe pump could not be any more girly.

Yesterday the Lilly Pulitzer for Target line launched, I got up bright and early and was in the store by ten after eight. All of the clothes were wiped out. I know that most of them are going to end up on eBay with prices twice the list. This makes me furious. I know Target will restock, and it's highly likely I will get that adorable flamingo print dress, and hopefully even the beach chairs, but still, I got up early on a Sunday and I feel like those greedy people deprived me of my precious sleep.

At least I didn't leave completely empty handed - there was one pineapple serving bowl left.
