Hot then cold

This floral bomber has actually proven to be a somewhat tricky piece to wear, as it's really quite warm and only works as an outer layer. However with the weather being all over the place lately, throwing it on over a sleeveless dress kept the morning and evening chills away.

    That's why I've always stayed away from bomber jackets. I love the idea of them, but I can never quite seem to nail down more than one way that I would style one once I actually brought it home. I have to say, I'm impressed by how versatile you've made this one seem. Guaranteed between the bomber shape and the floral print, I would have been totally lost and this piece would have languished in my closet, but you've made it work in some really different ways and I'm looking forward to seeing what else you come up with :)

    It looks really cute paired with the contrasting stripe pattern. I've always stayed clear of bombers myself, I can just never seem to work out how to properly execute looks that incorporate them, but I totally think you've nailed it!

    I like the three prints coming together in this outfit.
    Bomber jackets are a tricky item for me, I bought one a few years back and have worn it maybe three times… I cannot get it styled in a way I truly love.
    BTW… I went to the thrift store, the Helmut Lang did not sell, so its all yours. I just have to figure a way to send it to you..
