Classic combination

Red and white is definitely a go-to, especially in the summer, and even more so with a touch of nautical flare. I know I've done it several times in the past, but I also know it's been far too long since this top and skirt have been worn; hence their joyful reunion.

  2. I know I've probably said it a thousand times, but I'll say it a thousand times more over the life of your blog, I'm sure - red is your colour. I can't think of any shade that suits you more.Granted, I am biased towards red; it's one of only two non-neutral colours that I enjoy wearing on occasion (with the other being navy.) But still, I think it's fair to say that there is a definite reason that red and white are a go-to for you and really, you should never, ever doubt that instinct :)

  3. Red and white definitely compliment each other well!! I should pair them together more often, but I don't have much of either color, so that makes it hard ;)

There is something very laid back yet elegant about that white button down shirt…. its difficult to find the perfect one, but I think you have .

  19. Such a pretty, classic combo! I have a similar (although shorter, not work-friendly) red skirt but I need just the right white top to go with it. So many I find are so sheer they need something under it, which I'd prefer not to have to wear in the summer!
