I've saved my favorite look of this week for last. I think I've been wanting to wear these pieces together since Memorial Day and now here we are, nearly at Labor Day. The summer just goes in the blink of an eye.

    I really can't believe it's already Labour Day next weekend. As I sit here typing this, I'm thinking that yesterday may well have been our last truly hot day of summer - it's now pouring rain outside my window, and that rain is expected to continue for the next four days. Sigh. So I will be living vicariously through your last days of summer photos, because it looks like my last days of summer happened so fast that I, well, didn't notice! Of course I always love a good black and white outfit. And your photos at the marina never lose their magic for me, there's something so perfect about a background of sailboats in the summer time.

    Agree with the nautical babe. Your hair is always so luscious! Luscious is the perfect word to describe it. I honestly believe you've got Disney Princess hair. You can probably talk to small animals and sing to the birds when you run errands. That hat is absolutely adorable. Summer really did fly by--but strangely enough, I'm not starting college and I admit it feels a bit odd!

    I like the simplicity of the top (yet I love the subtle details on it) paired with the striped skirt from H&M. I love how beautiful the gold toned jewelry looks with the brown handbag and shoes. :)
