Keeping tabs

When it comes to reading blogs, I have lofty ambitions. It's about 10 p.m. and I've finally handled everything else I need to do for the day. I head over to bloglovin' and start to look through the feed, opening every post I want to read in a new tab until there are so many squished along the top of the window only the favicon can be seen. Then as I read and comment, I close the tab.

Everyone who has seen this freaks out at all my tabs. My computer kinda freaks out too because the browser tends to consume 95% of my ram to deal with them. But it's my system, and I get a great sense of accomplishment when I finally get them all closed. Even if it doesn't happen that night, because I might have dozed off with my computer teetering on my kneecaps 20 minutes later. But that is okay, because they will be there, all lined up for me to tackle the next night.

    I am guilty too ! that's how I do it.
    From my cel phone its impossible for me to comment or do anything other than send text messages, instagram and make calls.
    IS this blue dress the one you wore for the Cheapstakes episode ? and yeah, one of the questions was directed towards funeral hunting… did that guy's mom really die ?

      Haha no, that guy was a comedian they hired, because before funeral tracking I was going to go to a comedy club on open mike night and try to have a fashion show.

    I think we all have a system. I usually read blogs in the morning, but the problem is that this system isn't super effective, because there are more updates throughout the day - let's just say if you post in the morning, it's much more likely that I'll find time to comment on your blog than if you post after 9 am pacific time. I am always guilty of having way too many things to do in what little free time I have but I think we all are. On a fashion-related note, this dress is gorgeous - the colour is beautiful on you and the cut is absolutely perfect! I want one in black ;)

    I keep a similar system and it freaks my IT husband out like crazy. But hey we all have a system! Love the blue and leopard! Happy weekend!

    I am still trying to figure out how to keep track of all the blogs. It is good to have a system in place. Beautiful outfit dear. I so love the picture of you walking down the steps in your animal print shoes and clutch. :)

    I do a similar thing with replying to comments! It's such a sense of accomplishment to delete them when I am done and see my inbox shrinking in size!

    Same here! There are moments wherein I go on a massive blog read that it's not until too late when I realize I spent half my day reading blogs and commenting. Btw, I love your dress! Cobalt is my favorite color!

    How interesting! I never thought about other people's system for reading blogs. I start at the top of my Bloglovin list and work my way down. So I guess I only have one tab open at a time!
