Brilliant autumn

This is going to be my week of fall outfit photos. I think it will pretty much just be this week, as we seem to have already swiftly moved into more winter-like territory; I had to scrape ice off my car yesterday morning and was not too pleased about it!

But for a few lovely days we had some quintessential fall weather with a bit of chill in the mornings quickly tapering off under the brilliant sun. With the backdrop of the turning leaves and the possibility of leaving the house without a coat, I was almost feeling like someone who enjoys the fall.

    This is how I usually feel about fall outfit photos - one week, and then it's all over. This year we were lucky to have a beautiful fall (although the rain is here now) and spending a big portion of it away from Vancouver, I got to spend even more time in my transitional clothes, which I have to say, was pretty amazing. But now my mind is on coats, even if my outfits photos won't catch up for a while, and I know that everyone else's will be too. In the meantime, though, I can't wait to see what else you're going to be wearing for this brief period of fall, because if the outfits from the last two days are any indication, this is going to be a great week on your blog :)
