Fur

I am quite happily pulling out the faux fur pieces of my wardrobe now, and this vest is usually one of the first to come out. I remember back in 2012 when I got it, finding seemed like such a feat, where as today you can go to Forever 21 and have your pick of dozens. If I were feeling so tempted to add another to my closet it would be a toss up between this moto-style shearling vest and this creamy pelted open front vest.

    It's a funny thing about fur vests. I remember when I envied the girls who had managed to find one - but then, by the time I found my own they were everywhere and I realized, sadly, that what I had so coveted on others, I didn't actually love on myself. I think my fur vest only made one appearance on my blog before it spent months languishing in my closet and was eventually donated. Which still seems strange because I love fur vests when I see them on others, especially when they're paired with knee-high boots like you've done with yours. Maybe the style is one I need to give another go...? I suppose only time will tell, but in the meantime, I'll be admiring this look from afar :)

    Everyone's faux fur vests look so chic. I'm just not sure if they're "me" enough. I would hate to invest in them and then it never get worn.
