The Panama Hat

The staple of my spring and summer hat wardrobe, the Panama Hat has found it's way out of winter hibernation, and I was delighted to fall in love with it all over again. Savior of bad hair days, the quick and easy refresh to even the most tired of combinations. Even those of you who claim to not be hat people should wander over to J.Crew and at least try it on.     I love this hat every time you wear it. A new hat in my collection is absolutely the last thing I need, and considering the way my closet is currently overflowing, the last thing I should do is anymore shopping, but... I am tempted. The straw Panama really is the perfect summer hat and as I sit here admiring how you've styled it for spring, I'm also thinking ahead to how I could wear it for summer, particularly when we go to San Francisco in June... It may just be added to my collection yet ;)

    I love hats, I just have trouble committing to them! I think I just need to wear them more often...I get this feeling that's a lot like an itch where all I want to do is take it off haha. Love this look!

    I debated getting that hat for a year and finally got it last year and love it! Definitely the staple on my summer hat wardrobe too...partly because it's the only summer hat I own. lol

    I'm not really a hat person and I just picked up the J.Crew panama hat! I love it! It looks great on everyone and is definitely a summer staple!

    That hat is lovely on you! I really need to try more hats - I've been wearing my one sunhat a lot over summer, it would be good to have some other options to help shield my face from the sun.

    I hear the word Panama and automatically the Van Halen song is stuck in my head... ah. :) I have always loved that green jacket of yours, Lyddie. It could almost be a neutral and fit with anything and I have got to get myself one!

    I love this cute, classic look. Every time I see these jeans too I always want to go to Old Navy and try them--they have the perfect amount of distressing. You're totally making me want to be a hat person too :)
