Shopping the sun

Last winter Meg and I both won gift cards to the Tanger Outlets and when we ventured out on a rainy day in January we struggled to spend our prize. We finally made it back for the Fourth of July sales and I had no trouble at all adding to my wardrobe several new pieces from J.Crew Factory, Loft Outlet and Old Navy. Afterwards I even fiendishly placed an order with J.Crew Factory online, as they didn't have the leopard shorts I'd been coveting in the store. Of course I nulled what was meant to be a guilt-free shopping trip, but sometimes I just can't seem to help myself.

For the shopping day, I pulled out an old favorite, this vintage nameless mini dress. It's a glorious polyester that even if it spends the entire winter in a crumpled ball, when I want to pull it out on a hot summer day it's completely wrinkle free and ready to go.
