Zebras on parade

All summer I just kept craving the same simple, soft, easy dresses, so naturally the temptation to add another to my closet was not too hard to resist.

Evidently I have a sudden affinity for Lilly Pulitzer, and this terry tee shirt dress I got through Poshmark for $30 checked all my boxes for a summer dress I could wear to work and on the weekends.

The zebra print is really cute and kind of abstract, and I love the V back and the buttons.
I also tried this dress on backwards, and it totally works!

  1. I'm not a huge Lilly fan because of all the crazy bright colors and prints, but this on the other hand is perfection! I love the zebra print and the details of the back! Nice to see a more subtle print from Lilly, haha

  2. This dress is a lot less bright and colourful than what I normally think of when I think Lilly Pulitzer - I always envision pink and lime green dresses, for some reason, but evidently I don't know enough about the whole line! I can't definitely understand the temptation to buy a lot of a certain thing when you're wearing it all the time, which I expect explains my constantly growing turtleneck collection. But when you know what you like, it's hard to say no!
