I wore this look to grab coffee with Meg and Christine and it was so nice to see them both, catch up, and meet Christine's new baby - the three of us hadn't gotten together in an even longer duration than it took me to wear this top for a second time!
I'm very excited that it's supposed to be warm this week, so I can enjoy a little more open toes and bare shoulders before I really have to pull out my boots and sweaters.

That top is gorgeous Lydia, you look so chic!
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed some 60+ temps over the weekend too and I wore jeans with open toes. That top is gorgeous. I have a similar black one from Banana I need to start wearing. I love your shoes, clutch and earrings too. Glad you had a great time with your friends.
ReplyDeleteOh and look, I featured one of your looks from last week in my post below, Lydia.

I always do that with things I have but can never seem to style them. Glad you wore this top, it's so cute with jeans!

This top is such a gorgeous statement piece but, admittedly, I can see how it might not be the easiest to wear. Still, it looks fabulous tucked under your suede jacket and I'm so envious of the sun in these photos; I know it may not be reflective of reality but we've been stuck in the tail end of a typhoon since the middle of last week and we've barely had light, never mind sun, so I'm craving a few rays right now!

I remember seeing that top in store and loving it. You styled it so well! I always love getting to meet up with other bloggers.

That is such a fun top, so I'm glad you were able to find another way to wear it. I like how the tassels on your sandals echo the fringe on your top, but in a subtle way.
ReplyDeleteThe top is so fun! And even if it clings to the suede I like them paired together! :D

Always good to catch up with friends! And that fringed top is beautiful! Glad you got it out again for anothe wear, Even if it did annoy you a little when it stuck to your jacket it's a really pretty piece :)
ReplyDeleteHope you've had a great weekend :)

Love the fringe top! It looks so good with the suede and sometimes you have to wear things that might bug you (sticking to everything) for the sake of fashion! :) Love your look!
