I celebrate all accomplishments, both great and small, with equal joy.
I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for getting four posts written this week - dare I say for the first time this year? So, see you tomorrow!

So very many accomplishments Lydia !
ReplyDeleteOh and too bad for the shoes, I hate it when that happens.
I hope those shoes fully break themselves in because they are really, really cute. I love a red shoe.

I have a pair of shoes like this, and I found that my inserts (just the $8 variety from Aldo) made them so much more comfortable because they were too flat, with no arch support)!
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit and you're going to laugh. Because I'm wearing (in real life) kinda the same thing in different items. I have on white jeans, tan top and my red lace up shoes!! Twinsies!!

That sweater is so cute- and the red pop in the flats was the perfect touch! Hopefully they break in so they're a bit more comfy!

When I saw this post this morning, I had to do a double take. I was scrolling through my archives recently and stumbled upon a very, very similar outfit from more years ago than I can count - back when we lived in Paris, to be precise. I didn't even remember owning the sweater, never mind most of the other pieces. But its funny how some looks, like a great pair of jeans with a sweater and statement shoes, never do go out of style. Hopefully those flats get more comfortable, there's nothing worse than allegedly practical shoes that hurt your feet.

ReplyDeleteGreat that you got to wear something else you haven't worn yet! I'm finding it really good being able to shop my own wardrobe while on my shopping ban, it's nice getting to rediscover and enjoy old favourites!

That sweater, jeans and bag are bad Lydia! Love them. I've had some good shoes from Old Navy and bad. LOL They look great on your feet, but if they don't get comfortable don't risk your feet. Not worth it.
