Friday Five Under $50

Ruffle hem trousers seem like the kind of thing that I don't need. Yes, they are trendy and fun, but if I'm being honest, will I find myself still reaching for them in a couple years? But at the same time, isn't participating in trends part of what makes fashion fun?

    I admit - I'm not a huge fan of the ruffle pant trend. Ruffle sleeves is another story entirely. And while I absolutely draw the line at splurging on loafers from Gucci, or from higher end brands imitating Gucci, the appeal of a Target version is very, very strong!

    That ruffle sleeve blouse is so fun, and I love the bright blue bag too! The ruffle-hem pants are fun, even if they're not the most timeless. I think it's good to have a mix of both types of things to keep your closet interesting!
