Needless to say, at the first cold snap I was rationalizing how my cream sweater needed replacing and I'm so pleased with how cozy and warm this mock neck sweater from Ann Taylor turned out to be that I'm now contemplating picking it up in the new spring blush shade as well. I should probably listen to my September self, who knew I had more than enough sweaters to survive the winter, I've probably got enough blush in my closet I don't wear nearly enough as it is.

Looking so chic and comfy! Enjoy your weekend.

it is such a cute knit on you and I love the beret - matches it so well! :) I can see why you'd want this in another colour too! I always feel the need to buy a new cosy knit in autumn but with the weather here mine don't get a lot of wear - unlike your weather where I think they are totally justified!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a fun weekend planned! We have a birthday party to go to today :)

Lovely sweater...and that bag, how fun! Love how you styled the full outfit, so wearable! xoxo, Sarah
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you, that is a gorgeous sweater. It looks so soft and cozy, yet sleek at the same time. It's a classic too--I don't think you'll regret picking it up!
ReplyDeleteThis sweater is a classic addition! I'm always tempted to get a new piece in another color as well, but am able to resist most of the time!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, you look amazing in them!
ReplyDeleteLove Ann Taylor! Such a cute winter outfit!

I really love that you got creative with your accessories for this outfit. You mixed classic and trendy together in the perfect way. And you look spectacular!
ReplyDeleteThere is something about a cozy sweater that makes the temptation to buy them endless, no matter how many you already have. My sweater drawer overflowed onto the rolling rack in my office ages ago and yet, what did I buy this week? Another sweater. In both a colour and cut that I already have. And the thing is, I will wear it, so I don't even try to hold myself back, which I probably should. Suffice it to say you are not alone in buying sweaters you don't really need ;) (I will go so far as to admit to having clicked on the link to the one you're wearing, despite own a cream turtleneck that I really love.)

ReplyDeleteThese really are some classic pieces. Love the slides, they're my go to nearly year round. :)
